How to take your measurements Description: Houses and hotels are only the beginning in this Mr. Monopoly costume! The unique men's costume consists of a three-fourths character mask with the signature mustache. The mask is made from plastic and secured in place with elastic. It has slits for the eyes to provide unrestricted vision as well as a foam piece on the interior for a comfortable fit. A black, velvet-like top hat is worn over the mask. The hat has a black band around the crown and a Monopoly money patch attached to the side. The hat has a 22" circumference. The faux black suit jacket Velcros in the back for closure and is made from polyester. It has a faux white shirt with a grey "M" attached at the collar encrusted with screenprinted diamonds. The sash crosses the torso and Velcros at the shoulder and hip to secure it in place. The sash features the board game from the "B. & O.
